Job Summary
Lead and deliver app development projects for Smart Spaces by building and managing client relationships, defining scope, creating and managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Quote on new projects, ensure staff are briefed on tasks in the correct sequence, monitor schedules and progress, manage client expectations with regular updates, perform occasional site visits for testing and commissioning, develop partnerships with third-party resources (vendors), assign and monitor resources for efficiency, escalate risks as needed, and assist with pitching for new app projects and coordinating RFI/RFP responses. Requires four+ years of PM experience, digital/app delivery, documentation/governance experience, strong deadline/budget discipline, and excellent written/verbal communication. Hybrid work arrangement in London, UK.
Required Qualifications
- Four or more years of project management experience
- Proven ability to successfully deliver projects according to outlined scope, budget, quality and timeline
- Digital / app delivery experience
- Experience with project documentation and governance
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
