Job Summary
Oversee and enable core applications and future KODE OS features, identifying and resolving deployment gaps by designing custom workflows, routines, and adapters. Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless application delivery aligned with client-specific use cases. Interpret technical documentation to plan and execute enablement while troubleshooting complex challenges to deliver meaningful insights. Provide ongoing feedback to improve processes, deployment standards, and product capabilities, supporting clients by optimizing applications and aligning them with operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the Smart Building, IoT, or software engineering space
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems, with the ability to understand practical applications
- Solid data analysis skills, with the ability to work across diverse data sets and translate insights into action
- Proficiency in programming or scripting (e.g., Python or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and client-facing teams
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD) or other building automation applications is a plus
