Job Summary
Coordinate small refurbishment and maintenance projects for defence accommodation services, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to high standards. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, liaising with contractors, clients, and internal teams; raising purchase orders; managing invoices; keeping project trackers up to date; providing progress updates and reports to stakeholders; solving problems to meet deadlines; contributing to collaborative, fair, and proactive team culture. Requires strong organisation, ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CAFM systems; familiarity with housing or accommodation services, or ex-military/MOD estates is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in administrative or project coordination roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience with CAFM systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Experience liaising with contractors and internal teams
- Ability to raise purchase orders and manage invoices
