Job Summary
Assist the small tools department manager/administrator with field support, inventory control, delivery, documentation, invoices, inside sales and customer service to ensure an efficient and productive operation. Maintain inventory levels, orders materials and perform shipping/receiving to meet demand; coordinate delivery of materials/tools to the field; communicate with the manager and maintain records/invoices for project schedules; perform periodic maintenance on small tools to ensure readiness; develop relationships with suppliers for timely receipt of goods; promote a safety-first attitude; coordinate mechanical support for field tools to minimize downtime; provide pick-up/delivery and inspect vehicles as needed depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma
- 2-4 years progressive experience in small tools environment preferred
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must be detail oriented
