Job Summary
Small Tools Admin role responsible for delivering excellent customer service to internal/external clients while supporting efficient, safe, and profitable small tools operations. Key duties include maintaining tool and consumable availability, optimizing inventory levels in Trakquip, coordinating tool pickup/delivery, managing invoicing and billing, overseeing toolkits and rental equipment, and supporting procurement decisions. Requires applying mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues, maintain safety/compliance, and drive process improvements. Candidates should have strong inventory management, tool utilization experience, and the ability to operate in a high-production construction environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years small tools and construction experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of inventory management, tool utilization, and procurement
- Ability to operate in a high-production environment with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
