Job Summary
Drive Clinical Data market strategy and growth for emerging and mid-size customers by developing tailored approaches that challenge traditional operating models. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical, data management, and IT leaders, to create strategic plans that deliver customer success. Use professional networks to assist with product adoption, provide thought leadership and sales support, and develop value-oriented materials for sponsors. Offer business and technology guidance to the product team on new features while keeping current with industry trends to address customer business challenges. Execute the Clinical Data vision across the SMB segment, connecting with pharma, biotech, and CRO leaders to identify and win growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in some aspect of clinical research or healthcare data flow
- Experience in a product company, CRO, or Sponsor in a customer-facing role
- Experience in creating study pipelines and selling technology in a study-by-study manner
- Industry data management and/or consulting experience
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations
- Strong project management ability to prioritize and delegate work to focus on the highest impact areas
- This position can be based anywhere in North America
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Experience in selling or positioning the product
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutions
- Ability to hold meaningful conversations with business and IT executives regarding Clinical Data introduction, adoption, and scaling
- Understanding of clinical data industry trends
- Understanding of global product development, clinical trial process, regulations
