Job Summary
Coordinate and run the Small Steps live-in supported accommodation program for young mums aged 15-25, onboarding new residents, supporting them to achieve parenting goals, developing and evaluating case plans, supervising the Life Skills Mentor and volunteers, and delivering training to staff to improve program delivery. The role requires engaging therapeutically with infants and families, facilitating groups, and building effective community relationships. Relevant tertiary qualification in allied health, social sciences, human services, community leadership or related discipline is required. The organization emphasizes child safety obligations and compliance with Tasmanian frameworks and legislation.
