Job Summary
Oversee putaway and pulling operations for small parcels, directing team members and temporary associates to ensure inventory accuracy and safe, productive workflows. Create daily door sheets and shift plans aligned with the distribution center schedule, assigning AWM work schedules while monitoring SHP locations in STORIS. Conduct morning safety meetings, perform equipment audits, and maintain housekeeping standards to meet customer deadlines. Requires certified reach truck and pallet jack operation, extended standing, and physical ability to move items up to 150 pounds. Weekend availability is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- No less than 2 years of warehouse experience
- Proficient in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar suite
- Ability to train individuals in the putaway, pulling and warehouse processing functions
- Dedicated to business and willing to adjust schedule and hours as needed to support the department's needs
- Will be standing while performing their respective job function for extended periods of time
- Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling
- No physical limitations that limit the ability to carry and move furniture weighing up to 150 pounds
- Will need to be certified on a reach truck and pallet jack
- Consistent regular scheduled attendance
- Safety glasses and steel toe shoes required
