Small Machine Operator

Coordinate, set up and maintain small bindery machines and equipment across the Bindery Department, including machines such as Mailer, Dot Wac, Polybag, Drills, Shanklin, Shrink Wrap, Folders, Spiral Binding; operate to meet customer orders and quality specs, read and interpret job tickets, perform make readies, ensure safety and apply to daily schedules with supervision; demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills, cross-train across electrical/mechanical systems, pneumatics/hydraulics, and PLC exposure, with paid training and clear advancement paths; 12-hour night shifts with a night shift premium and overtime potential, and comprehensive benefits.
