Job Summary
Coordinate, set up and maintain small bindery machines and equipment in the Bindery Department, including operation of Mailer, Dot Wac, Polybag, Drills, Shanklin, Shrink Wrap, Folders, Spiral Binding; read and interpret job tickets and quality requirements; perform make-readies (m/r) on listed equipment; monitor safety, operate tools, and troubleshoot malfunctions; interact with supervisors to align with daily schedules, meet or exceed speeds and waste targets, and support continuous improvement with cross-training across electrical/mechanical systems and PLCs. The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, adherence to safety procedures, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with 12-hour night shifts and overtime potential. Required Qualifications
