Job Summary
Coordinate, set up and maintain small bindery machines and equipment in a night-shift role. Operate a range of bindery equipment (Mailers, Dot Wac, Polybag, Drills, Shanklin, Shrink Wrap, Folders, Spiral Binding) to fulfill customer orders to quality specs. Read and interpret job tickets, liaise with supervisors to follow daily schedules, and ensure safety procedures are followed. Demonstrates knowledge of bindery specifications, makes readies on listed equipment, and aims to meet or exceed goals for speed, waste, and efficiencies. Opportunity for paid training, cross-training across electrical/mechanical systems, PLC exposure, and advancement. Required Qualifications
- Must be dependable, reliable, and responsible in fulfilling obligations.
- Must be able to troubleshoot when machine malfunction
- Must work well with others.
- Must be flexible and open to change when needed.
- Must have the ability to follow instructions.
- Must be proven self-starter to complete projects/work orders.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
- The ability 12 hour shifts
