Small Equipment Operator MRF

Operates baler, front-end loader, bobcat, or forklift to transport, bind, and unload paper and loose materials, coordinating flow and ensuring proper feeding onto conveyors. Sorts, grades, and inspects received wastepaper, filling candensifiers and maintaining inventory records while completing load/unload tally sheets. Performs routine equipment maintenance including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning, and monitors machine prompts and alarms to document downtime. Ensures safety compliance, keeps work areas clean, and stacks materials in designated rows. Requires forklift certification, six months of prior work experience, and ability to work Mon–Fri 2pm–10:30pm in field conditions.
