Job Summary
Operates balers, front-end loaders, bobcats, and forklifts to transport, bind, and unload paper and loose materials. Sorts, grades, and inspects incoming wastepaper while filling and operating a candensifier. Coordinates material flow, maintains inventory records, and performs routine equipment maintenance including lubrication, fueling, and cleaning. Ensures safety compliance and monitors machine downtime. Works Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 4:00pm, with Saturday shifts after holidays. Requires forklift certification and six months of prior work experience.
