Small Equipment Operator - MRF

Operates balers, front-end loaders, bobcats, and forklifts to transport, bind, and unload paper and other loose materials while coordinating material flow and ensuring proper feeding onto conveyors. Sorts, grades, and inspects received wastepaper; fills and operates the candensifier; and maintains inventory records by reading bills of lading and completing tally sheets. Performs routine equipment maintenance including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning; monitors downtime; and keeps work areas clean. Complies with all safety policies and procedures. Requires forklift certification and six months of previous work experience. Monday through Friday, 4:00am to 3:30pm.
