Small Equipment Operator MRF

Operate balers, front-end loaders, bobcats, and forklifts to transport, bind, and unload paper and loose materials while sorting, grading, and inspecting received wastepaper. Maintain inventory records, coordinate material flow, perform routine equipment maintenance including lubricating and cleaning, and ensure proper safety compliance around working areas. Monitor machine prompts and alarms, document downtime, and complete load/unload tally sheets based on customer specifications. Requires six months of prior work experience and forklift certification. This role is safety-sensitive, operates in various conditions including inclement weather, and includes drug and alcohol testing. WM offers medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
