Job Summary
Operates balers, front-end loaders, bobcats, and forklifts to transport, bind, and unload paper and other loose materials while coordinating material flow and ensuring proper feeding onto conveyors. Sorts and grades received materials, inspects quality before baling or shipping, and maintains inventory records by completing load/unload tally sheets and reading bills of lading. Performs routine equipment maintenance including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning, monitors downtime, and ensures safety compliance around all working areas. Works Mon–Fri from 6am to 2:30pm at a sustainable materials recovery facility. Forklift certification and six months of prior work experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of previous work experience
- Forklift Certified
- Must strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols
- Must be subject to drug and alcohol testing including pre-employment screening, post-incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing

- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of previous work experience
