Job Summary
Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, and other mechanical equipment. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with loading, part location, and answering repair questions. Document repairs on work orders, track units in the shop, and contact customers regarding completion dates. Assist with warranty claims and attend training classes for repair technicians. Demonstrate awareness and compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. Schedule includes evenings and at least every other weekend. Base pay up to $19.75/hr with weekend premium pay.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
