Job Summary
Diagnose and repair various outdoor small engine products including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with loading products, locating parts, and answering questions regarding repairs. Document all work on orders, track units in the shop, and file warranty claims in a timely manner. Contact customers regarding work completion dates and attend training classes for repair technicians. Demonstrate awareness and compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. Work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend. Base pay up to $19.75/hr with Saturday and Sunday weekend premium pay.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
