Job Summary
Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, and mechanical units sold at Blain's Farm & Fleet stores. Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with loading, locating parts, and answering questions regarding repairs. Document all work on orders, track units, and file warranty claims while maintaining compliance with safety and loss prevention policies. Contact customers to confirm completion dates and attend required training seminars. This role requires prior small engine or automotive maintenance experience, customer service skills, and availability for evenings and weekends. Full-time associates earn base pay up to $18.75/hr plus weekend premiums and receive comprehensive benefits after 91 days.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
