Job Summary
Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, and mechanical units sold at Blain's Farm & Fleet stores. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product loading, parts location, and answering repair inquiries. Document all repairs on work orders, track units in the shop, and file warranty claims in a timely manner. Contact customers regarding work completion dates and attend required training seminars. Demonstrate compliance with loss prevention and safety policies while working evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
