Job Summary
Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, and mechanical units including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with loading, locating parts, and answering repair inquiries. Document all repairs on work orders, track units in the shop, and file warranty claims. Contact customers regarding completion dates and attend training seminars. Demonstrate compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. Requires prior small engine or automotive maintenance experience, retail background, and availability for evenings and weekends. Base pay up to $19.75/hr with weekend premiums.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
