Job Summary
Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment, including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with loading, locating parts, and answering repair questions. Document all repairs on work orders, track units in the shop, and file warranty claims in a timely manner. Contact customers regarding work completion dates and attend required training classes. Demonstrate compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. Work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend. Base pay up to $19.75/hr with weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
