Job Summary
Diagnose and repair various outdoor small engine products including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with loading and unloading products, locating parts, and answering questions regarding repairs. Document all repairs on work orders, track units in the shop, and file warranty claims in a timely manner. Contact customers to confirm work completion dates and attend required training classes. Demonstrate compliance with loss prevention and safety policies while working evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
