Job Summary
Diagnose and repair outdoor small engine equipment (chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs & ATVs) and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing small engine and outdoor power equipment, assisting customers by loading/unloading products, locating parts, answering questions about repairs, documenting repairs on work orders, tracking units in the shop, filing/closing work orders, assisting with warranty claims, contacting customers regarding completion dates, attending training classes/seminars for repair technicians, and adhering to Loss Prevention and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
