Job Summary
Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, and mechanical units sold in-store. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product loading, part location, and repair inquiries. Document all repairs on work orders, track units in the shop, and file warranty claims while contacting customers regarding completion dates. Attend training seminars and maintain compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. Requires prior small engine or automotive maintenance experience, customer service background, and ability to work evenings and weekends. Base pay up to $18.75/hr with weekend premium pay.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
