Small Engine Technician

Job Summary
Diagnose and repair outdoor power equipment including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs and ATVs while delivering excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing small engine equipment, loading/unloading products, locating parts, answering customer questions, documenting repairs on work orders, tracking units in the shop, filing warranty claims, notifying customers of completion dates, attending training classes, and adhering to Loss Prevention and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
