Job Summary
Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment, including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with loading, locating parts, and answering repair questions. Document all repairs on work orders, track units in the shop, and file warranty claims. Contact customers regarding work completion dates and attend training seminars. Maintain awareness of loss prevention and safety policies. Requires prior small engine or automotive maintenance experience, customer service background, and ability to work evenings and weekends. Base pay up to $18.75/hr with weekend premium.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
