Job Summary
Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, and mechanical units including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product loading, part location, and answering repair inquiries. Document all repairs on work orders, track units in the shop, and file warranty claims in a timely manner. Contact customers regarding work completion dates and attend required training classes and seminars. Demonstrate compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. This role requires evening shifts and every other weekends, with base pay up to $19.75/hr plus weekend premiums. Applicants must have prior small engine or automotive maintenance experience and at least two years of retail or customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
