Job Summary
Small Engine Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing outdoor power equipment (chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs & ATVs) and delivering excellent customer service. Duties include diagnosing and repairing equipment, assisting customers by loading/unloading products and answering questions about repairs, documenting repairs on work orders and tracking units in the shop, filing warranty claims timely, coordinating with customers on work completion dates, attending repair technician training, and adhering to Loss Prevention and safety policies. 4+ years of hands-on mechanical/retail experience and strong communication skills are preferred; evenings and every other weekend availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
