Job Summary
Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment, including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs. Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with loading, locating parts, and answering repair questions. Document all repairs on work orders, track units in the shop, and file warranty claims. Contact customers regarding completion dates and attend required training seminars. Maintain compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. This role requires prior small engine or automotive maintenance experience, customer service skills, and availability for evenings and weekends. Base pay is up to $19.75/hr with weekend premium pay.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
