Job Summary
Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, and other mechanical equipment sold at Blain's Farm and Fleet stores. Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with loading, locating parts, and answering questions regarding repairs. Document all work on orders, track units in the shop, and file warranty claims while contacting customers to confirm completion dates. Attend training seminars and maintain compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. This role requires availability for evenings and every other weekends, with base pay up to $18.75/hour plus weekend premiums.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
