Small Engine Technician

Job Summary
The Small Engine Technician will diagnose and repair outdoor small engine equipment (chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs/ATVs) and provide excellent customer service in-store. Duties include loading/unloading products, locating parts, answering questions about repairs, documenting repairs on work orders, tracking units in the shop, filing warranty claims, coordinating with customers on repair completion, attending repair-technician training, and adhering to loss prevention and safety policies. Requires experience with small engine or automotive maintenance and retail/customer service background, plus ability to work evenings and every other weekend. Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
