Job Summary
Small Engine Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing outdoor power equipment (chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs & ATVs) and delivering excellent customer service. Duties include diagnosing and repairing equipment, loading/unloading products, locating parts, documenting repairs on work orders, tracking units in the shop, filing warranty claims, contacting customers with completion dates, attending training classes, and complying with loss prevention and safety policies. Requires 18+ years old, ability to work evenings and weekends, prior small engine or automotive maintenance experience, prior customer service and retail experience, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
