Job Summary
Oversee maintenance and repair operations of 2-stroke and 4-stroke motors used in construction equipment; lead a service team, mentor staff, and drive preventive maintenance to optimize engine reliability and uptime. Communicate technical information clearly to customers and vendors, diagnose issues, build strong relationships with equipment vendors and crews, and balance cost-effectiveness with performance to support project profitability. Set and pursue equipment-specific performance goals, foster a positive team environment, and leverage technical expertise to troubleshoot and optimize engine performance.
