Job Summary
Small Engine Parts Associate duties include delivering excellent customer service, stocking, selling and ordering small engine parts; processing special orders, handling warranty claims and coordinating with manufacturers/vendors; maintaining stock levels, initiating work orders in computer systems, filing warranty claims, assisting customers with loading/unloading products, contacting customers about work completion, and processing payments at the register; compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies. The role requires strong communication, computer skills, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and prior retail experience. Required Qualifications
- Great communication skills
- Proficiency working with computer systems to enter jobs, file warranty information and assist with finding parts
- Prior Retail experience preferred
- Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
