Small Engine Parts Associate

Job Summary
Provide excellent service to customers while stocking, selling and ordering small engine parts. Process special orders, assist with warranty claims and communicate with manufacturers and vendors. Order, receive and maintain small engine parts stock levels; use computer systems to initiate and complete customer work orders and file warranty claims; assist customers by loading/unloading products; contact customers regarding work completion date; process customer payments at a register; follow Loss Prevention and safety policies. Requires great communication, basic computer-system proficiency, retail experience (preferred), ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend, and passing a background check.
