Job Summary
The Small Engines Parts Associate at Blain's Farm & Fleet provides service to customers, stocks and orders small engine parts, processes special orders and warranty claims, communicates with manufacturers/vendors, and uses computer systems to manage work orders and warranty data. Responsibilities include stocking and maintaining parts in stock, processing customer payments at a register, assisting customers with loading/unloading products, and notifying customers about work completion. The role requires strong communication, computer skills for job and warranty tasks, and availability to work evenings and every other weekend. Required Qualifications
- Great communication skills
- Proficiency working with computer systems to enter jobs, file warranty information and assist with finding parts
- Prior Retail experience preferred
- Able to pass a background check
