Job Summary
Small Engine Parts Associate position at Blain’s Farm & Fleet. Responsibilities include stocking, selling, and ordering small engine parts; providing excellent service and a positive shopping experience; processing special orders and warranty claims; maintaining stock levels; using computer systems to initiate work orders and file warranty information; handling payments at the register; and adhering to loss prevention and safety policies. Qualifications emphasize strong communication, computer proficiency for job entry and warranty tasks, and prior retail experience is preferred. Ability to work evenings and weekends and pass a background check is required.
