Job Summary
Oversee a portfolio of small communities in the Portland area with leadership responsibilities, including setting competitive rents and fees, lease administration, property operations, vacancy management, and vendor oversight. Drive occupancy and revenue growth through strategic marketing, manage budgets and financials, coordinate maintenance and property improvements, and lead a team of assistant property managers. Regularly report to owners on occupancy, property condition, and financial metrics, and manage eviction processes in compliance with legal requirements in collaboration with attorneys and owners.
Required Qualifications
- Three years multisite property management experience
