Small Cell Production Engineer

Job Summary
Perform assembly, testing, and integration of Small Cell products according to work instructions and SOPs. Operate production machinery and testing equipment including ICT, FCT, and RF testers while monitoring process parameters to ensure stable performance. Conduct in-process quality checks, record defects, and coordinate with QA/FA teams to analyze failures and implement corrective actions. Prepare production reports on output, yield, and scrap rates while updating work instructions and engineering change notices. Support NPI builds, provide feedback for design-for-manufacturing, and collaborate with R&D on prototype debugging and validation. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations during production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or related fields
- 1–3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, telecom equipment production, or RF products (preferred)
- ExperiEnce with RF testing, PCB assembly, or telecom devices is a plus
- Good understanding of electronics circuits, RF components, and telecom small cell architecture is an advantage
- Ability to read schematics, BOM, Gerber, and technical documents
- Problem-solving mindset with experience in root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa)
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
