Small Business Territory Manager responsible for driving submission flow, agency growth, and local engagement within assigned territories. Role focuses on increasing written premium and new business through in-person and virtual producer/CSR engagement, enabling faster quotes, and strengthening connections between agencies and underwriting. Key activities include managing territory and agency plans, training on underwriting appetite, improving submission quality and workflow efficiency, and coordinating with internal partners to remove barriers and accelerate deal flow. Travel to market and a strong in-market presence are expected to establish CNA as the known in-market advisor, with emphasis on measurable outcomes in submission velocity, conversion, and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in commercial insurance distribution, agency management, or sales roles; Small Business experience strongly preferred
