Small Business Specialist 4 - Gahanna Area

Small Business Specialist 4 responsible for delivering excellent customer service and comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million. Duties include outside prospecting to grow revenue, developing new business relationships through business development activities, combining digital tools with human connections, handling account openings, identifying and delivering product solutions, and servicing accounts within the segment. Collaborates with branch partners, centers of influence, clients, and other business line partners; refers clients to Business Banking and/or other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs. Requires working from a U.S. Bank location five days per week in the Gahanna, New Albany, and Canal Winchester Meijer offices, with two or more hours of driving per week. Strong knowledge of banking operations, product knowledge, cash flow management, and business credit underwriting; effective written and verbal communication skills to convey recommendations.
