Job Summary
Responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million. Drives growth through outside prospecting and business development, combines digital tools with human relationships to reach targets, handles account openings and product solutions, maintains relationships with branch partners and clients, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. Requires five days on-site at a U.S. Bank location and some weekly driving to engage with customers and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience
- Five days per week in a U.S. Bank location
- Two or more hours of driving per week
