Job Summary
Leads portfolio marketing strategy for Small Business Credit Card clients, developing and executing customer-centered, multi-channel programs that drive growth, retention, and engagement. Defines performance measures, translates business objectives into actionable marketing plans, and partners across product, sales, enterprise marketing, technical, and external teams to deliver targeted programs and product launches. Oversees segmentation strategies, audience plans, customer personas, lifecycle marketing, channel optimization, and attribution approaches to improve targeting, relevance, and portfolio growth. Manages end-to-end campaign development from strategy through deployment and post-launch optimization, ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements while collaborating with analytics, risk, underwriting, finance, and other control partners. Expected to lead with strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills, partnering across cross-functional teams and delivering informed recommendations to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, portfolio management, or a related field
