Job Summary
Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of small business clients to build a pipeline of new business and increase market share. Apply consultative sales practices to identify opportunities, execute sales strategies, and develop internal and external networks for ongoing growth. Generate appointments by understanding local markets, understanding customer needs, and offering financial solutions that meet their goals. Resolve or escalate issues by breaking down strategic problems, analyzing data, and providing insights and recommendations based on business strategy. Monitor performance, coordinate database management, and lead change management activities including readiness assessments and stakeholder management. Adhere to security procedures, apply due diligence for fraud prevention, and maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information in compliance with policies.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study

- Strong financial analysis skills
