Job Summary
Guide clients through the business loan application for Mi Gente loan Fund, approval, and closing process. Review financial documents, conduct credit analysis, and prepare loan recommendations while maintaining accurate records in the DownHome CRM system. Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to entrepreneurs, facilitate business workshops and group lending classes, and connect clients with resources and community partners. Build relationships with business owners, banks, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with lending requirements. This role supports entrepreneurs in Tulsa's Hispanic and underserved communities through hands-on guidance and personalized assistance.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in lending, banking, customer service, collections, or administrative support
- Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable reviewing financial information and maintaining accurate records
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Mission-driven, culturally responsive, and committed to supporting small business growth
