Job Summary
Small Business Connect Specialist delivers exceptional customer service and comprehensive financial solutions to small business clients (annual revenues up to $2.5M), drives growth through proactive outbound calling, opens/serves accounts, and collaborates with branch partners to generate referrals and refer clients to Business Banking or partners. This hybrid role operates in a call-center environment with three days per week at the Naperville location; responsibilities include identifying customer needs, recommending product solutions, and achieving sales and growth goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of customer service, sales and/or prospecting experience
- NMLS registration under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance requirements
