Job Summary
Small Business Cash Management Advisor (SBCMA) collaborates with Retail Branch teams to acquire, expand, and retain business clients with cash management needs. Uses inside sales to identify prospect and client needs, participate in conference calls and relationship reviews, and provide financial consultation for owner-operator businesses. Responsibilities include educating on cash management products, preparing cash management proposals, identifying referral opportunities to other lines of business, responding to client requests, and meeting/exceeding individual production goals while contributing to team sales success. Requires deep understanding of cash management products, client implementation, and ability to build durable client relationships; must analyze financial statements, deliver effective solutions, and navigate banking regulations and risk. Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (required); Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Travel is occasional. Core competencies emphasize ethical conduct, client service, and collaboration with Retail teams to enhance branch confidence and business acumen.
