Small Business Card Portfolio Performance Product Manager

Own end-to-end portfolio performance management, delivering actionable insights that drive client acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall portfolio growth. Identify and create comprehensive plans for product development and deployment, including supporting sales training programs and marketing materials. Oversee a set of products while maintaining financials, managing investment profiles, and optimizing revenue and profit margins. Partner with Finance, Credit Risk, Digital, Marketing, and Sales teams to analyze performance trends across portfolio, vintage, channel, and client demographics. Manage risk through implementing and monitoring effective controls in partnership with key support partners. Develop executive-level presentations and reporting for senior leadership forums, including CardCo and key governance reviews.
