Job Summary
Grow and manage a portfolio of 250+ small business clients by proactively acquiring new relationships through prospecting and networking. Deliver tailored financial solutions by analyzing client needs and recommending deposit, lending, and treasury services while collaborating with internal partners. Perform financial reviews, loan pre-screens, and cash flow analyses to support the application and closing process, including making independent overdraft decisions within assigned limits. Maintain operational integrity through proper balancing, ticketing, and risk protocols while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Consistently meet sales and referral goals for deposits, loans, and services.
Required Qualifications
- 2–7 years of recent experience as a Small Business Banker or similar role
- Solid credit background with proven ability to structure loans and analyze credit
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing small business relationships
- Ability to complete independent pre-screens and cash flow analysis
- Collaborative, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business or Finance preferred
- SBA lending experience a plus
